A Non-Executive Director is required for an established healthy food-to-go chain based in London.

Our client is looking for a Non-Exec Director to complement their Board with the right skills to support them as they embark upon their next strategically planned phase of growth which include opening up 3-4 new outlets in the next year and more in subsequent years.

The Company 

  • Our client first opened their first outlet approx. 10 years ago
  • Their aim was to create a place where delicious, nutritious, innovative and freshly prepared food could be served
  • They now work hard to continue to provide seasonal menus filled with dishes that are big on taste and rich in health benefits
  • They now have 22 outlets across London

Non-Exec Director Role/Requirements:

We are looking for a Non-Exec Director with the following requirements:

  • Strong experience of the commercial property leasing market (specifically Part A class use)
  • Track record of defining successful location planning strategies
  • Currently active in the commercial property market particularly within London and the South East
  • A proven negotiator of retail/commercial property
  • Board Level experience

The Non-Executive Director will be expected to work on average 2 days per month (1 day per month on property realisation/1 day attending Board Meeting on the last Wednesday of each month) which may increase when property transactions are taking place and will receive a remuneration package of £12k per annum.
