Members of the Advisory Board are required for a fast growing, traditional Private Bank to help expand our client’s banking, lending and wealth management offerings by introducing new clients.

We are seeking a number of Advisory Board Members who will be based in different geographic locations in the UK.

We are seeking candidates who have an excellent network of High Net Worth Individuals including Landed Estates, successful entrepreneurs, and business owners.

The Advisory Board Members will receive the greater of a basic remuneration of £10,000 pa or their commission which will be payable monthly in arrears.

The time commitment is flexible, although a minimum of 4-5 days per month will be expected during which the Members of the Advisory Board will be expected to introduce an agreed number of new clients and attend bi-monthly Advisory Board Meetings which will be held in London and other locations.

  • Our client is a traditional but fast growing, family owned private bank with private banking at its core. It also offers wealth management & investment services, financial planning and insurance for HNWI’s. 
  • The company places a high emphasis on attention to detail, reputation and service.  They are particularly aware of the great value their clients place on always being able to talk to the same person when they contact the bank. The genuinely personal service they offer services of their clients helps set them apart from their competitors. 
  • The objective of our Client’s Advisory Board is to raise their profile and acquire suitable new clients. It will however have no Governance authority or statutory duties. 
  • Although our client offers traditional banking it embraces new ideas and acknowledges that technology will play a big part in the future.

 

Advisory Board Members role

  • There is a fee for the role of the greater of a basic remuneration of £10,000 pa or commission based upon the amount of business introduced which will be payable monthly in arrears.
  • An appointment will be for an initial 12 month period. This may be renewed for thereafter by agreement.
  • The company will arrange a tailored induction for the successful candidates. Occasional other events such as training sessions or visits to sites will also be expected.
  • You will be expected to produce a monthly report.
  • An ability to introduce clients to our client’s banking, lending and wealth management offerings. You will not be expected to ‘sell’ their proposition but would be expected to effect a meaningful introduction and pre-vet introductions to ensure the lead is genuinely interested. 

Candidate Requirements:

  • An excellent network of personal contacts who will be High Net Worth Individuals including Landed Estates, successful entrepreneurs and business owners.  
  • An ability to introduce clients to our client’s banking, lending and wealth management offerings.
  • Sufficient time availability to achieve successful introductions.
