A Non-Executive Chairman (Chair) is required for an established consultancy offering marketing information services to clients in the UK and internationally.

Successful candidates will have had a career in the marketing services industry, have worked as a Director or similar and have substantive Chair experience along with personal gravitas. The chosen candidate will be expected to have the required depth and breadth to support the ambition of growth for the company (particularly internationally), but also be willing to challenge the business’s plans with alternative solutions.

Candidates will need to have:

  • Expertise of successfully growing and exiting from a B2B business
  • Experience of Chairing a Board
  • Knowledge of expanding international businesses

The Non Exec Chairman who will be expected to work 2 days per month and will receive a remuneration package in the region of £30k pa.  There will also be the possibility of future share options.

  • It is privately owned and is an established profitable company.
  • In recent years, it has shown exceptional and sustained growth. They aim to maintain that growth over the coming years.
  • The business works with some of the biggest multinational companies in the world across all sectors including financial services, FMCG, retail, travel and leisure.

 

Non-Exec Chairman Role/Requirements:

  • Successfully growing and exiting from a B2B business
  • Experience within a business services sector e.g. marketing services, market research, PR & advertising.
  • A current understanding of digital, e-commerce and social media
  • Experience of Chairing a Board
  • Knowledge of expanding international businesses
